Cooking Instructions

Place the unopened bag into a large pot of simmering water and cook according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

For an extra special finish, remove the ham from the bag after boiling, score the fat (if applicable), brush with your favourite glaze such as honey and mustard or brown sugar, then bake in the oven until beautifully caramelised. It can also be finished on the barbecue for a rich, smoky flavour.
